[Portaudio] using all channels of class compliant RME Babyface Pro USB audio interface

Just a quick reply, in the middle of other things..

The 'hw:' devices/alsa-pcms require the correct number of channels, and format
etc. As a test, set an env variable
	export PA_ALSA_PLUGHW=1
and run Mixxx (from that terminal or environment). The pcm should list as
'plughw:' and will open any number of channels. This may be the issue. It
is what I have been addressing in the Portaudio branch 'Alsa-experimental'.

Give it a try and report back, please.

Regards

Alan
