Cristiano,

There is a opensource library called sfml that has a voip sample 
application,

the lib: http://www.oifii.org/ns-org/nsd/ar/cp/audio_spi/lib-src/sfml-1.6/
and the voip sample: 
http://www.oifii.org/ns-org/nsd/ar/cp/audio_spi/lib-src/sfml-1.6/samples/voip/
